Membership in the Kerala Dental Dealers Association (KEDDA) is open to all individuals and establishments engaged in the dental trade and industry within Kerala. Whether you are a dealer, distributor, manufacturer, or service provider in the dental equipment or material sector, KEDDA welcomes you to be part of a strong and united professional network dedicated to promoting growth, collaboration, and ethical business practices across the state.
- Any company having dental industry & trade can become a member of association.
- The member company should have registration based in Kerala.
- Organizations aligned with the goals and ethics of KEDDA
How to Apply for Membership
Joining the Kerala Dental Dealers Association (KEDDA) is a simple process designed to welcome all professionals and businesses in the dental trade community. Prospective members can apply by submitting their details along with the required documents through the official membership application form.
Once the application is reviewed and approved by the association, successful applicants will receive confirmation of their membership and gain access to all KEDDA benefits, events, and resources. Become part of a growing network that supports, connects, and empowers Kerala's dental trade professionals.
To become a member, you need to be introduced by who can recommend your application (must be existing KEDDA members). These members will act as your proposers and must provide their full name and mobile number in the membership form to support your application. and minimum 2 years of GST registration is required for eligibility.

- Two Referral Details (Full Name & Mobile Number)
- Company/Firm Details
- Proprietor / Director / Partner information
- Principal representative for KEDDA communication
- Business Address Proof: Utility bill, rent agreement, or property papers
- Bank Account Details : Name, Account number and IFSC code of the business bank account.
- GSTIN: If your business is registered under GST
- Aadhaar Card: The number of the proprietor (for proprietorship), managing partner (partnership), Karta (HUF), or authorized signatory (Company/LLP/Trust)
- Passport size photos (Managing Director/ Managing Partner - Partners/ Proprietors)
- Photo with office display board
- PAN Card: The business entity's or proprietor's PAN
- Drug License/MD 42
- Cancelled Cheque of company/ firm
- Letter of Authority in case of a Partnership Firm
- Membership fee of ₹30,000 + 18% GST (payable to KEDDA)
- Certificate of Incorporation: For Companies/LLPs. CIN number
- Shop Act License/Registration Certificate: For other entities.
- Copy of minutes authorising representative to association ( in case of company - LLP , PVT LTD , partnership )
- Authorisation letter to authorise a representivate to association in case of proepritery firm
